About me

My Estate Agent Journey.

I began my estate agency career back in 2006 just before the credit crisis for a well-known London company. It was a tough introduction with very long hours however the training was fantastic and working in one of the busiest branches in the capital really accelerated my growth.

Having earnt my stripes and worked my way through the ranks to manager I worked in a variety of South West London branches before moving on. I spent time setting up a lettings department for a global investment firm specialising in the new build sector and was involved in launching several sizeable developments to market before becoming Associate Director for a large independent agency.

At all stages of my career I have excelled in being one of the top producers at every level involving 1000s of property transactions and it is from this experience I now draw upon as a business owner to offer a personal service to my clients at the highest level.

As well as being an experienced Estate Agent I am also a Landlord and Investor having begun building my portfolio in 2015. Being able to see things through my client’s eyes from both sides of the coin gives me the insight to offer tailored quality advice and guidance.

About me.

I live in Earlsfield with my wife of 10 years and our two wonderful sons. We are very much part of the community with both our boys attending local nursery and school. I coach Rugby for the U5s & U6s at the local club Battersea Ironsides and I am a keen cyclist. I recently competed a 1600km ride across Britain from Lands End to John o Groats in 9 days while camping raising funds for Breast Cancer Now.

Approach

Integrity: The strongest pillar in business, I will always be transparent in all that I do and ensure my clients are fully informed at every stage of the transaction.

Knowledge: “You don’t know what you don’t know”. Having worked in a high transactional environment over the last 15 years and also by constantly updating my knowledge base through independent learning along with “having skin in the game” I will ensure my clients have the best support in the marketplace.

Service: As an independent agent I am no longer bound to transactional volume meaning that I can work with a select number of clients and give them my undivided attention. Traditional agency does not allow this, on the high street all that matters is that “a” property sells not “your” property, everyone is just too “busy”.

Results: A true fiduciary client agent relationship leading to the best possible outcome. I aim to get the best result for my clients by working hard, smart and offering honest no nonsense advice.
