Can’t recommend Jonathan enough. After trying the large chains it was a breath of fresh air to work with a smaller company who really cares about what they do. Fantastic service from start to finish. Jonathan was a great help with the sale of our flat. After no luck with a previous agent, we chose to work with Jonathan, who helped us through a tricky sale, overcoming a few hurdles, including a sale falling through last minute and challenges with solicitors and freeholders along the way. Jonathan was very professional from start to finish. His knowledge of the property and response to any questions about the buying process was significantly better than most other estate agents. I would highly recommend him, especially as an independent over a larger chain, if you want a smoother house buying experience.
